Alcohol
Some of our products do contain alcohol. The alcohol in our products is typically heated and cooked off during the baking process, which greatly reduces its content. As a result, the final product contains only a small trace of alcohol, as most of it evaporates during baking—comparable to the amount found in vanilla extract.
